Disable FAMS on a Samsung Odyssey G9 monitor. Experiments show that this
monitor does not work well under some use cases, and is likely
implementation specific bug on the monitor's firmware.

We should be checking if drm_dp_dpcd_read() returns the size that we are
asking it to read instead of just checking if it is greater than zero.
So, compare the return value of drm_dp_dpcd_read() to the requested
read size.

breakages on non-DCN builds when new code is added.
