When using debugfs to change MST link settings, we need to wait until
the next stream update to apply the preferred link setting. So, trigger
a hotplug event right after the preferred link setting is applied.

In order to IGT test colorspace we'll want to print
the currently enabled colorspace on a stream. We add
a new debugfs to do so, using the same scheme as
current bpc reporting.

This might also come in handy when debugging display
issues.

v4:
- Fix function doc comment
- Fix sRGB debug print

There is already access to the DPCD from userspace through
`CONFIG_DRM_DP_AUX_CHARDEV`, so it's unnecessary to reinvent the wheel
with a set of extra debugfs nodes specific to amdgpu.

The character device interface behaves more like you would expect in that
you can seek/read/write all from the same file.

[Why & How]
All dc subcomponents should call another dc component via function pointers
stored in a component structure. This is part of dc coding convention since
the beginning. The reason behind this is to improve encapsulation and
polymorphism. The function contract is extracted into a single link service
structure defined in link.h header file and implemented only in link_factory.c instead
of spreading across multiple files in link component file structure.

create a sysfs entry for reading residency and internally hook it up
to existing functionality of reading PSR residency from firmware.

[why]
dc_link contains over 30k line of code, the decision is to break it
down to files residing in link folder based on functionality. This
change is the last break down change which will remove dc_link.c

[how]

Currently, it is likely that we will read the relevant LTTPR caps after
link training has completed (which can cause garbage data to be read),
however according to the DP 2.0 spec that should be done before link
training has commenced. So, instead of reading the registers on demand,
