<title>cpufreq: CPPC: Delete an unnecessary check before the function call kfree()</title>

The kfree() function tests whether its argument is NULL and then
returns immediately. Thus the test around the call is not needed.

This issue was detected by using the Coccinelle software.

<title>ACPI / CPPC: Add a CPUFreq driver for use with CPPC</title>

This driver utilizes the methods introduced in a previous
patch titled - "ACPI: Introduce CPU performance controls using CPPC"
and enables usage with existing CPUFreq governors.
