The sprd_div_helper_round_rate() function calls divider_round_rate()
which calls divider_round_rate_parent() which calls
divider_determine_rate(). This call chain converts back and forth from
the rate request structure to make a determine_rate clk_op fit with a
round_rate clk_op. Simplify the code here by directly calling
divider_determine_rate() instead.

This fixes a smatch warning where an unsigned long is compared to less
than zero, which is impossible. This makes sprd_div_helper_round_rate()
unnecessary as well so simply remove it and fold it into the only caller
left.

The Spreadtrum composite clocks implements a mux with a set_parent
hook, but doesn't provide a determine_rate implementation.

This is a bit odd, since set_parent() is there to, as its name implies,
change the parent of a clock. However, the most likely candidate to
trigger that parent change is a call to clk_set_rate(), with
determine_rate() figuring out which parent is the best suited for a
given rate.

The other trigger would be a call to clk_set_parent(), but it's far less
used, and it doesn't look like there's any obvious user for that clock.

So, the set_parent hook is effectively unused, possibly because of an
oversight. However, it could also be an explicit decision by the
original author to avoid any reparenting but through an explicit call to
clk_set_parent().

The driver does implement round_rate() though, which means that we can
change the rate of the clock, but we will never get to change the
parent.

However, It's hard to tell whether it's been done on purpose or not.

Since we'll start mandating a determine_rate() implementation, let's
convert the round_rate() implementation to a determine_rate(), which
will also make the current behavior explicit. And if it was an
oversight, the clock behaviour can be adjusted later on.

Pull clk updates from Stephen Boyd:
"Nothing looks out of the ordinary in this batch of clk driver updates.

There are a couple patches to the core clk framework, but they're all
basically cleanups or debugging aids. The driver updates and new
additions are dominated in the diffstat by Qualcomm and MediaTek
drivers. Qualcomm gained a handful of new drivers for various SoCs,
and MediaTek gained a bunch of drivers for MT8188. The MediaTek
drivers are being modernized as well, so there are updates all over
that vendor's clk drivers. There's also a couple other new clk drivers
in here, for example the Starfive JH7110 SoC support is added.

Outside of the two major SoC vendors though, we have the usual
collection of non-critical fixes and cleanups to various clk drivers.
It's good to see that we're getting more cleanups and modernization
patches. Maybe one day we'll be able to properly split clk providers
from clk consumers.

Core:
- Print an informational message before disabling unused clks

New Drivers:
- BCM63268 timer clock and reset controller
- Frequency Hopping (FHCTL) on MediaTek MT6795, MT8173, MT8192 and
MT8195 SoCs

MSM8917 and IPQ5332 SoCs

- Converted most Mediatek clock drivers to struct platform_driver

- Migrate socfpga clk driver to of_clk_add_hw_provider()

In sprd clock driver, regmap_config.max_register was set to a fixed value
which is likely larger than the address range configured in device tree,
when reading registers through debugfs it would cause access violation.

It is preferred to use typed property access functions (i.e.
of_property_read_<type> functions) rather than low-level
of_get_property/of_find_property functions for reading properties. As
part of this, convert of_get_property/of_find_property calls to the
recently added of_property_present() helper when we just want to test
for presence of a property and nothing more.

of_get_property/of_find_property functions for reading properties. As
part of this, convert of_get_property/of_find_property calls to the
recently added of_property_present() helper when we just want to test
for presence of a property and nothing more.

We should hold the reference returned by of_get_parent() and use it
to call of_node_put() for refcount balance.

Pull clk updates from Stephen Boyd:
"This time around we have four lines of diff in the core framework,
removing a function that isn't used anymore. Otherwise the main new
thing for the common clk framework is that it is selectable in the
Kconfig language now. Hopefully this will let clk drivers and clk
consumers be testable on more than the architectures that support the
clk framework. The goal is to introduce some Kunit tests for the
framework.

Outside of the core framework we have the usual set of various driver
updates and non-critical fixes. The dirstat shows that the new
Baikal-T1 driver is the largest addition this time around in terms of
lines of code. After that the x86 (Intel), Qualcomm, and Mediatek
drivers introduce many lines to support new or upcoming SoCs. After
that the dirstat shows the usual suspects working on their SoC support
by fixing minor bugs, correcting data and converting some of their DT
bindings to YAML.

Core:
- Allow the COMMON_CLK config to be selectable

New Drivers:
- Clk driver for Baikal-T1 SoCs
- Mediatek MT6765 clock support
- Support for Intel Agilex clks
- Add support for X1830 and X1000 Ingenic SoC clk controllers
- Add support for the new Renesas RZ/G1H (R8A7742) SoC
- Add support for Qualcomm's MSM8939 Generic Clock Controller

Updates:
- Support IDT VersaClock 5P49V5925
- Bunch of updates for HSDK clock generation unit (CGU) driver
- Start making audio and GPU clks work on Marvell MMP2/MMP3 SoCs
- Add some GPU, NPU, and UFS clks to Qualcomm SM8150 driver
- Enable supply regulators for GPU gdscs on Qualcomm SoCs
- Add support for Si5342, Si5344 and Si5345 chips
- Support custom flags in Xilinx zynq firmware
- Various small fixes to the Xilinx clk driver
- A single minor rounding fix for the legacy Allwinner clock support
- A few patches from Abel Vesa as preparation of adding audiomix
clock support on i.MX
- A couple of cleanups from Anson Huang for i.MX clk-sscg-pll and
clk-pllv3 drivers
- Drop dependency on ARM64 for i.MX8M clock driver, to support
aarch32 mode on aarch64 hardware
- A series from Peng Fan to improve i.MX8M clock drivers, using
composite clock for core and bus clk slice
- Set a better parent clock for flexcan on i.MX6UL to support CiA102
defined bit rates
- A couple changes for EMC frequency scaling on Tegra210
- Support for CPU frequency scaling on Tegra20/Tegra30
- New clk gate for CSI test pattern generator on Tegra210
- Regression fixes for Samsung exynos542x and exynos5433 SoCs
- Use of fallthrough; attribute for Samsung s3c24xx
- Updates and fixup HDMI and video clocks on Meson8b
- Fixup reset polarity on Meson8b
- Fix GPU glitch free mux switch on Meson gx and g12
- A minor fix for the currently unused suspend/resume handling on
Renesas RZ/A1 and RZ/A2
- Two more conversions of Renesas DT bindings to json-schema
- Add support for the USB 2.0 clock selector on Renesas R-Car M3-W+"
