Pull virtio updates from Michael Tsirkin:
 "Several new features here:

   - virtio-net is finally supported in vduse

   - virtio (balloon and mem) interaction with suspend is improved

   - vhost-scsi now handles signals better/faster

  And fixes, cleanups all over the place"

Add initial code to support Intel bluetooth devices based on PCIe
transport. Allocate memory for TX &amp; RX buffers, internal structures,
initialize interrupts for TX &amp; RX and PCIe device.
