Reimplement the "sm3" crypto_shash on top of the SM3 library, closely
mirroring the other hash algorithms (e.g. SHA-*).

The result, after later commits migrate the architecture-optimized SM3
code into the library as well, is that crypto/sm3.c will be the single
point of integration between crypto_shash and the actual SM3
implementations, simplifying the code.

Note: to see the diff from crypto/sm3_generic.c to crypto/sm3.c, view
this commit with 'git show -M10'.

asm/unaligned.h is always an include of asm-generic/unaligned.h;
might as well move that thing to linux/unaligned.h and include
that - there's nothing arch-specific in that header.

for i in `git grep -l -w asm/unaligned.h`; do
	sed -i -e "s/asm\/unaligned.h/linux\/unaligned.h/" $i

The lib/crypto libraries live in lib because they are used by various
drivers of the kernel. In contrast, the various helper functions in
crypto are there because they're used exclusively by the crypto API. The
SM3 and SM4 helper functions were erroniously moved into lib/crypto/
instead of crypto/, even though there are no in-kernel users outside of
the crypto API of those functions. This commit moves them into crypto/.
