Get rid of remaining non-functioning initialization and remove platform_pcibios_* interface. A new platform that would use PCI on xtensa will configure PCI controller using device tree. time because there's no platform that use it. Get rid of remaining
non-functioning initialization and remove platform_pcibios_* interface.
A new platform that would use PCI on xtensa will configure PCI
controller using device tree.
