Pull devicetree updates from Rob Herring:

 - Convert /reserved-memory bindings to schemas

 - Convert a bunch of NFC bindings to schemas

 - Convert bindings to schema: Xilinx USB, Freescale DDR controller, Arm
   CCI-400, UBlox Neo-6M, 1-Wire GPIO, MSI controller, ASpeed LPC, OMAP
   and Inside-Secure HWRNG, register-bit-led, OV5640, Silead GSL1680,

<title>x86/devicetree: Fix the ioapic interrupt type table</title>

The ioapic interrupt type table is wrong as it assumes that polarity in
IO/APIC context means active high when set. But the IO/APIC polarity is
working the other way round. This works because the ordering of the entries
is consistent with the device tree and the type information is not used by
the IO/APIC interrupt chip.

The whole trigger and polarity business of IO/APIC is misleading and the
corresponding constants which are defined as 0/1 are not used consistently
and are going to be removed.

Rename the type table members to 'is_level' and 'active_low' and adjust the
type information for consistency sake.

No functional change.

devid. Get rid of the #ifdeffery as it does not matter at all whether the
alloc info is a couple of bytes longer or not.

header dependencies - while smp.h is a relatively simple header
included from high level headers.

Remove the dependency and add in the missing #include's in .c
files where they gained it indirectly before.

When building the kernel with W=1 we get a lot of -Wmissing-prototypes
warnings, which are trivial in nature and easy to fix - and which may
mask some real future bugs if the prototypes get out of sync with
the function definition.

This patch fixes most of -Wmissing-prototypes warnings which

When building the kernel with W=1 we get a lot of -Wmissing-prototypes
warnings, which are trivial in nature and easy to fix - and which may

Use the for_each_of_cpu_node iterator to iterate over cpu nodes. This
has the side effect of defaulting to iterating using "cpu" node names in
preference to the deprecated (for FDT) device_type == "cpu".
