The calgary IOMMU was only used on high-end IBM systems in the early
x86_64 age and has no known users left.  Remove it to avoid having to

AMD 2nd generation EPYC processors support the UMIP (User-Mode
Instruction Prevention) feature. So, rename X86_INTEL_UMIP to
generic X86_UMIP and modify the text to cover both Intel and AMD.

<title>treewide: prefix header search paths with $(srctree)/</title>

Currently, the Kbuild core manipulates header search paths in a crazy
way [1].

To fix this mess, I want all Makefiles to add explicit $(srctree)/ to
the search paths in the srctree. Some Makefiles are already written in
that way, but not all. The goal of this work is to make the notation
consistent, and finally get rid of the gross hacks.

Having whitespaces after -I does not matter since commit 48f6e3cf5bc6
("kbuild: do not drop -I without parameter").

Currently, CONFIG_JUMP_LABEL just means "I _want_ to use jump label".

The jump label is controlled by HAVE_JUMP_LABEL, which is defined
like this:

  #if defined(CC_HAVE_ASM_GOTO) &amp;&amp; defined(CONFIG_JUMP_LABEL)
  # define HAVE_JUMP_LABEL
  #endif

We can improve this by testing 'asm goto' support in Kconfig, then
make JUMP_LABEL depend on CC_HAS_ASM_GOTO.

Ugly #ifdef HAVE_JUMP_LABEL will go away, and CONFIG_JUMP_LABEL will
match to the real kernel capability.

Distros are concerned about totally disabling the kexec_load syscall.
As a compromise, the kexec_load syscall will only be disabled when
CONFIG_KEXEC_VERIFY_SIG is configured and the system is booted with
secureboot enabled.

This patch defines the new arch specific function called
arch_ima_get_secureboot() to retrieve the secureboot state of the system.
