The DT of_device.h and of_platform.h date back to the separate
of_platform_bus_type before it as merged into the regular platform bus.
As part of that merge prepping Arm DT support 13 years ago, they
"temporarily" include each other. They also include platform_device.h
and of.h. As a result, there's a pretty much random mix of those include
files used throughout the tree. In order to detangle these headers and
replace the implicit includes with struct declarations, users need to
explicitly include the correct includes.

Remove all unused defines, and just use the expanded versions for
the SCSI disk majors.

I've decided to keep Root_RAM0 even if it could be expanded as there
is a lot of special casing for it in the init code.

It is preferred to use typed property access functions (i.e.
of_property_read_<type> functions) rather than low-level
of_get_property/of_find_property functions for reading properties.
Convert reading boolean properties to of_property_read_bool().

1. ppc_override_l2cr and ppc_override_l2cr_value are only used in
l2cr_init() function, remove them and used *l2cr directly.
2. has_l2cache is not used outside of the file, so mark it static and
do not initialise statics to 0.

Fixes the following warnings:

Make `find_via_cuda` and `find_via_pmu` initialization functions.
Previously, their definitions in `drivers/macintosh/via-cuda.h` include
the `__init` attribute but their alternative definitions in
`arch/powerpc/powermac/sectup./c` and prototypes in `include/linux/
cuda.h` and `include/linux/pmu.h` do not use the `__init` macro. Since,
only initialization functions call `find_via_cuda` and `find_via_pmu`
it is safe to label these functions with `__init`.
