This reverts commit bccc58986a2f98e3af349c85c5f49aac7fb19ef2.

When STRICT_KERNEL_RWX is selected, EXEC memory must stop where
RW memory start. When pinning iTLBs it means an 8M alignment for
RW data start. That may be acceptable on boards with a lot of
memory but one of my supported boards only has 32 Mbytes and this
forced alignment leads to a waste of almost 4 Mbytes with is more
than 10% of the total memory.

So revert commit bccc58986a2f ("powerpc/8xx: Always pin kernel text
TLB") but don't restore previous behaviour in ITLB miss handler
as now kernel PGD entries are copied into each process PGDIR.

fixmap.h need pgtable.h for [un]map_kernel_page()

pgtable.h need fixmap.h for FIXADDR_TOP.

Untangle the two files by moving FIXADDR_TOP into pgtable.h

Also move VIRT_IMMR_BASE to fixmap.h to avoid fixmap.h in mmu.h

Pull tty/serial driver updates from Greg KH:
"Here is the big set of tty and serial driver changes for 6.6-rc1.

Lots of cleanups in here this cycle, and some driver updates. Short
  summary is:

   - Jiri's continued work to make the tty code and apis be a bit more
sane with regards to modern kernel coding style and types

   - cpm_uart driver updates

   - n_gsm updates and fixes

   - meson driver updates

   - sc16is7xx driver updates

   - 8250 driver updates for different hardware types

   - qcom-geni driver fixes

   - tegra serial driver change

   - stm32 driver updates

   - synclink_gt driver cleanups

   - tty structure size reduction

All of these have been in linux-next this week with no reported
issues. The last bit of cleanups from Jiri and the tty structure size
reduction came in last week, a bit late but as they were just style
changes and size reductions, I figured they should get into this merge
cycle so that others can work on top of them with no merge conflicts"

Pull powerpc updates from Michael Ellerman:

- Add HOTPLUG_SMT support (/sys/devices/system/cpu/smt) and honour the
configured SMT state when hotplugging CPUs into the system

- Combine final TLB flush and lazy TLB mm shootdown IPIs when using the
Radix MMU to avoid a broadcast TLBIE flush on exit

- Drop the exclusion between ptrace/perf watchpoints, and drop the now
   unused associated arch hooks

- Add support for the "nohlt" command line option to disable CPU idle

- Add support for -fpatchable-function-entry for ftrace, with GCC >=
   13.1

- Rework memory block size determination, and support 256MB size on
systems with GPUs that have hotpluggable memory

- Various other small features and fixes

A W=1 build of mpc885_ads_defconfig throws the following error:

  CC arch/powerpc/platforms/8xx/m8xx_setup.o
arch/powerpc/platforms/8xx/m8xx_setup.c:41:1: error: no previous prototype for 'init_internal_rtc' [-Werror=missing-prototypes]
   41 | init_internal_rtc(void)
      | ^~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

init_internal_rtc() was introduced by commit df34403dcaac ("[POWERPC]
8xx: Add mpc885ads support and common mpc8xx files") as a weak
function but has never been defined and/or used outside m8xx_setup.c

As it is called only once there, just fold it into its caller and
remove it.

Since commit fb533d0c5a97 ("[POWERPC] 8xx: Infrastructure code cleanup.")
immr_map() is just returning mpc8xxx_immr pointer and immr_unmap()
do nothing.

We already have parts of code that use mpc8xxx_immr directly so get rid
of immr_map() and immr_unmap() by using mpc8xxx_immr directly. And avoid
going through local pointers that hide the pointed structure.
