When running with HV KVM and CBE config options enabled, I get build failures like the following: arch/powerpc/kernel/head_64.o: In function `cbe_system_error_hv': (.text+0x1228): undefined reference to `do_kvm_0x1202' arch/powerpc/kernel/head_64.o: In function `cbe_maintenance_hv': (.text+0x1628): undefined reference to `do_kvm_0x1602' arch/powerpc/kernel/head_64.o: In function `cbe_thermal_hv': (.text+0x1828): undefined reference to `do_kvm_0x1802' This is because we jump to a KVM handler when HV is enabled, but we only generate the handler with PR KVM mode. Since commit [e58aa3d2: genirq: Run irq handlers with interrupts disabled], We run all interrupt handlers with interrupts disabled and we even check and yell when an interrupt handler returns with interrupts enabled (see commit [b738a50a: genirq: Warn when handler enables interrupts]). So now this flag is a NOOP and can be removed. None of the files touched here are modules, and they are not exporting any symbols either -- so there is no need to be including the module.h. Builds of all the files remains successful.
