The .comment section doesn't belong in STABS_DEBUG. Split it out into a
new macro named ELF_DETAILS. This will gain other non-debug sections
that need to be accounted for when linking with --orphan-handling=warn.

<title>kasan: stackdepot: move filter_irq_stacks() to stackdepot.c</title>

filter_irq_stacks() can be used by other tools (e.g. KMSAN), so it needs
to be moved to a common location. lib/stackdepot.c seems a good place, as
filter_irq_stacks() is usually applied to the output of
stack_trace_save().

This patch has been previously mailed as part of KMSAN RFC patch series.

Rename RW_DATA_SECTION to RW_DATA. (Calling this a "section" is a lie,
since it's multiple sections and section flags cannot be applied to
the macro.)

The .notes section should be non-executable read-only data. As such,
move it to the RO_DATA macro instead of being per-architecture defined.

This patch is used to fix nds32 allmodconfig/allyesconfig build error
because GCOV kernel embeds counters in the kernel for each line
and a part of that embed in __exit text. So we need to keep the
EXIT_TEXT and EXIT_DATA  if CONFIG_GCOV_KERNEL=y.
