The IRQCHIP_DECLARE macro migrated to 'include/linux/irqchip.h'.

See commit 91e20b5040c67c51aad88cf87db4305c5bd7f79d
("irqchip: Move IRQCHIP_DECLARE macro to include/linux/irqchip.h").

This patch removes inclusions of private header 'drivers/irqchip/irqchip.h'and
replaces them with the inclusion of 'include/linux/irqchip.h'.

<title>MIPS: MT: Remove SMTC support</title>

Nobody is maintaining SMTC anymore and there also seems to be no userbase.
Which is a pity - the SMTC technology primarily developed by Kevin D.
Kissell &lt;kevink@paralogos.com&gt; is an ingenious demonstration for the MT
ASE's power and elegance.

Based on Markos Chandras &lt;Markos.Chandras@imgtec.com&gt; patch
https://patchwork.linux-mips.org/patch/6719/ which while very similar did
no longer apply cleanly when I tried to merge it plus some additional
post-SMTC cleanup - SMTC was a feature as tricky to remove as it was to
merge once upon a time.

<title>PM / MIPS: Convert i8259.c to using syscore_ops</title>

The code in arch/mips/kernel/i8259.c still hasn't been converted to
using struct syscore_ops instead of a sysdev for resume and shutdown.
As a result, this code doesn't build any more after suspend, resume
and shutdown callbacks have been removed from struct sysdev_class.
Fix this problem by converting i8259.c to using syscore_ops.
