The kernel test robot keeps reporting the same bug when it

The problem is that some randconfig builds end up on the MIPS jazz
platform with neither CONFIG_CPU_BIG_ENDIAN nor CONFIG_CPU_LITTLE_ENDIAN
because no specific machine is selected. As it turns out, all jazz
machines support little-endian kernels, so this can simply be allowed
globally.

Split out all the bits that are purely for dma_map_ops implementations
and related code into a new  header so that they
don't get pulled into all the drivers.  That also means the architecture
specific  is not pulled in by 
any more, which leads to a missing includes that were pulled in by the
x86 or arm versions in a few not overly portable drivers.

dma-mapping: add a new dma_alloc_pages API

This API is the equivalent of alloc_pages, except that the returned memory
is guaranteed to be DMA addressable by the passed in device.  The
implementation will also be used to provide a more sensible replacement
for DMA_ATTR_NON_CONSISTENT flag.

Additionally dma_alloc_noncoherent is switched over to use dma_alloc_pages
as its backend.

MIPS/jazzdma: decouple from dma-direct

The jazzdma ops implement support for a very basic IOMMU.  Thus we really
should not use the dma-direct code that takes physical address limits
into account.  This survived through the great MIPS DMA ops cleanup mostly
because I was lazy, but now it is time to fully split the implementations.

mm: don't include asm/pgtable.h if linux/mm.h is already included

Patch series "mm: consolidate definitions of page table accessors", v2.

The low level page table accessors (pXY_index(), pXY_offset()) are
duplicated across all architectures and sometimes more than once.  For
instance, we have 31 definition of pgd_offset() for 25 supported
architectures.

Most of these definitions are actually identical and typically it boils
down to, e.g.

These definitions can be shared among 90% of the arches provided
XYZ_SHIFT, PTRS_PER_XYZ and xyz_page_vaddr() are defined.

For architectures that really need a custom version there is always
possibility to override the generic version with the usual ifdefs magic.

These patches introduce include/linux/pgtable.h that replaces
include/asm-generic/pgtable.h and add the definitions of the page table
accessors to the new header.

This patch (of 12):

The linux/mm.h header includes  to allow inlining of the
functions involving page table manipulations, e.g.  pte_alloc() and
pmd_alloc().  So, there is no point to explicitly include 
in the files that include .

The include statements in such cases are remove with a simple loop:
