The ACPI_PDC_SMP_T_SWCOORD bit is set by and OS that is capable of
native ACPI throttling software coordination for mutli-processors
using the _TSD information.

Silly bug in _PDC data setup. Haven't seen any real side-effects of this one
yet. But, needs fixing regardless.

Many files include the filename at the beginning, serveral used a wrong one.
