Let's move the __fls() code into fls() function directly, and redefine __fls() with the appropriate semantics. While at it, bring a generic __fls() definition for pre ARMv5 too. Let's move the __fls() code into fls() function directly, and redefine
__fls() with the appropriate semantics.  While at it, bring a generic
__fls() definition for pre ARMv5 too.
