flush_kernel_dcache_area() for dmabounce) has broken dmabounce build:

After copying data from the bounce buffer to the real buffer, use
flush_kernel_dcache_page() to ensure that data is written back in
manner coherent with future userspace mappings.

EXPORT* macros should follow immediately after the closing function
brace line.

The prototype for locomo_chip_driver() is not needed since the static
(inline) function is located earlier in the file.

Currently build with the next head fails on archs using PL190
VIC because when we include amba/bus.h we need to include
device.h first.
