"class:: toc-title" was a workaround for older Sphinx versions that are
no longer supported.

The canonical way to add a heading to the ToC is to use :caption:.
Do that.

Commit 0113a99b8a75 ("eeprom: Remove deprecated legacy eeprom driver")
already removes the eeprom driver's code.

Remove also the eeprom driver's documentation and MAINTAINERS section.

This patch adds documentation for the TPS6594 PFSM driver.

The PFSM controls the operational states of the TPS6594 PMIC.
Depending on the operational mode, some power domain networks
remain energized while others can be off.
