Rewrite the fscache documentation.

Changes
=======
ver #3:
 - The volume coherency data is now an arbitrarily-sized blob, not a u64.

ver #2:
 - Put quoting around some bits of C being referred to in the docs[1].
 - Stripped the markup off the ref to the netfs lib doc[2].

<title>docs: filesystems: Replace HTTP links with HTTPS ones</title>

<id>7f01cfb9e865f6704d804be61b8265bf370d36f2</id>
<content type='text'>
Rationale:
Reduces attack surface on kernel devs opening the links for MITM
as HTTPS traffic is much harder to manipulate.

Deterministic algorithm:
For each file:
  If not .svg:
    For each line:
      If doesn't contain `\bxmlns\b`:
        For each link, `\bhttp://[^# \t\r\n]*(?:\w|/)`:
	  If neither `\bgnu\.org/license`, nor `\bmozilla\.org/MPL\b`:
            If both the HTTP and HTTPS versions
            return 200 OK and serve the same content:
              Replace HTTP with HTTPS.

Whilst making an unrelated change to some Documentation, Linus sayeth:

  | Afaik, even in Britain, "whilst" is unusual and considered more
  | formal, and "while" is the common word.
  |
  | [...]
  |
  | Can we just admit that we work with computers, and we don't need to
  | use þe eald Englisc spelling of words that most of the world never
  | uses?

dictionary.com refers to the word as "Chiefly British", which is
probably an undesirable attribute for technical documentation.

Replace all occurrences under Documentation/ with "while".
