Add a Network Information Table (NIT) as specified in ETSI EN 300 468.

This table conveys information relating to the physical organization of
the multiplexes carried via a given network and the characteristics of
the network itself.

It is conveyed in the output of vidtv as packets with TS PID of 0x0010

I was too quick moving zoran.rst... it ends that the original
patch didn't do the right thing and forgot to update the files
that references it.

Fix it.

single transponder to be found by each DVB standard.

Document it, and update related information about the
simulated LNBf.

Add documentation for the Virtual Digital TV driver (vidtv) in the
Restructured Text (ReST) format.

This discusses:
- What is vidtv
- Why vidtv is needed
- How to build and run vidtv
- How vidtv is structured

PVRUSB2 VIDEO4LINUX DRIVER: Replace HTTP links with HTTPS ones

Rationale:
Reduces attack surface on kernel devs opening the links for MITM
as HTTPS traffic is much harder to manipulate.

Deterministic algorithm:
For each file:
  If not .svg:
    For each line:
      If doesn't contain `\bxmlns\b`:
	  If neither `\bgnu\.org/license`, nor `\bmozilla\.org/MPL\b`:
If both the HTTP and HTTPS versions
return 200 OK and serve the same content:
              Replace HTTP with HTTPS.
