'interrupt-parent' is often documented as part of define bindings, but
it is really outside the scope of a device binding. It's never required
in a given node as it is often inherited from a parent node. Or it can
be implicit if a parent node is an 'interrupt-controller' node. So
remove it from all the binding files.

The bus + bmi-chip-id + bmi-board-id is not enough to identify the correct
board data file on QCA4019 based devices. Multiple different boards share
the same values. Only the original reference designs can currently be
identified and loaded from the board-2.bin. But these will not result in
the correct calibration data when combined with the pre-calibration data
from the device.

An additional "variant" information has to be provided (via SMBIOS or DT)
to select the correct board data for a design which was modified by an ODM.

Improve the binding example by removing all the leading zeros to fix the
following dtc warnings:

Warning (unit_address_format): Node /XXX unit name should not have leading 0s

Converted using the following command:

perl -p -i -e 's/\@0+([0-9a-f])/\@$1/g' `find ./Documentation/devicetree/bindings "*.txt"`

Some unnecessary changes were manually fixed.

Pretty much any node can have a status property, so it doesn't need to
be in examples.

Converted with the following command and removed examples with SoC and
board specific splits:

git grep -l -E 'status.*=.*' Documentation/devicetree/ | xargs sed -i -E '/\sstatus.*=.*"(disabled|ok|okay)/d'

Pull DeviceTree updates from Rob Herring:

 - vsprintf format specifier %pOF for device_node's. This will enable us
to stop storing the full node names. Conversion of users will happen
   next cycle.

 - Update documentation to point to DT specification instead of ePAPR.

 - Split out graph and property functions to a separate file.

 - New of-graph functions for ALSA

 - Add vendor prefixes for RISC-V, Linksys, iWave Systems, Roofull,
   Itead, and BananaPi.

 - Improve dtx_diff utility filename printing.
