Remove the old unused GPHY firmware loader driver. The separate GPHY Firmware loader driver is not used any more, the GPHY
firmware is now loaded by the GSWIP switch driver which also makes use
of the GPHY.

HSIO register address space should be handled outside of the MAC
controller as there are some registers for PLL5 configuring,
SerDes/switch port muxing and a thermal sensor IP, so let's remove it.
