If a property has an 'items' list, then a 'minItems' or 'maxItems' with the
same size as the list is redundant and can be dropped. Note that is DT
schema specific behavior and not standard json-schema behavior. The tooling
will fixup the final schema adding any unspecified minItems/maxItems.

This condition is partially checked with the meta-schema already, but
only if both 'minItems' and 'maxItems' are equal to the 'items' length.
An improved meta-schema is pending.

As per soc/ti/ti,pruss.yaml schema, only ti,am4376-pruss0 and
ti,am4376-pruss1 are valid compatibles. Replace ti,am4376-pruss with
ti,am4376-pruss1 based on example in soc/ti/ti,pruss.yaml

This fixes the below warning with 'make DT_CHECKER_FLAGS=-m dt_binding_check':

    interrupt-controller/ti,pruss-intc.example.dt.yaml:0:0: /example-1/pruss@0:
    failed to match any schema with compatible: ['ti,am4376-pruss']

Pull ARM Apple M1 platform support from Arnd Bergmann:
 "The Apple M1 is the processor used it all current generation Apple
  Macintosh computers. Support for this platform so far is rudimentary,
  but it boots and can use framebuffer and serial console over a special
  USB cable.

  Support for several essential on-chip devices (USB, PCIe, IOMMU, NVMe)
  is work in progress but was not ready in time.
