The Devicetree bindings document does not have to say in the title that
it is a "binding", but instead just describe the hardware.

Drop trailing "bindings" in various forms (also with trailing full
stop):

Add the Cypress TrueTouch Generation 5 touchscreen device tree bindings
documentation. It can use I2C or SPI bus.
This touchscreen can handle some defined zone that are designed and
sent as button. To be able to customize the keycode sent, the
"linux, code" property in a "button" sub-node can be used.

Hynitron makes a series of touchscreen controllers, however for
now this is expected to only be compatible with the cst3xx series,
specifically the CST340, CST348, and CST356.

The driver is using level triggered interrupt (low) which is backed by
an active low GPIO that can be used to wake the controller by driving it
low. Let's annotate it properly in the example.
