The kselftests for nsfs where moved under filesystem/ with
commit cae73d3bdce5 ("seltests: move nsfs into filesystems
subfolder"). However, the kselftest TARGETS declaration was not
adjusted.

Since the kselftest Makefile ignores errors unless no target builds,
the invalid target declaration can easily be missed.

Fix this by adjusting the TARGETS accordingly.

The selftests 'make clean' does not clean the net/lib because it only
processes $(TARGETS) and ignores $(INSTALL_DEP_TARGETS). This leaves
compiled objects in net/lib after cleaning, requiring manual cleanup.

Include $(INSTALL_DEP_TARGETS) in clean target to ensure net/lib
dependency is properly cleaned.

Create the directory tools/testing/selftests/vfio with a stub Makefile
and hook it up to the top-level selftests Makefile.

This directory will be used in subsequent commits to host selftests for
the VFIO subsystem.

This patch add a simple functional test for the "abort" file
in fusectlfs (/sys/fs/fuse/connections/ID/abort).

A simple fuse daemon is added for testing.

Hook up nolibc-test with the kselftests framework.
This enables CI systems and developers to easily execute the tests.

While nolibc-test does not emit KTAP output itself that is not a problem,
as the kselftest executor will wrap the output in KTAP.
