commit caa470475d9b59eeff093ae650800d34612c4379 upstream.

The original patch introducing this header wrote the number of CPUs available
and online in one order and then swapped those values when reading, fix it.

Before:

 # perf record usleep 1
 # perf report --header-only | grep 'nrcpus \(online\|avail\)'
 # nrcpus online : 4
 # nrcpus avail : 4
 # echo 0 > /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu2/online
 # perf record usleep 1
 # perf report --header-only | grep 'nrcpus \(online\|avail\)'
 # nrcpus online : 4
 # nrcpus avail : 3
 # echo 0 > /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu1/online
 # perf record usleep 1
 # perf report --header-only | grep 'nrcpus \(online\|avail\)'
 # nrcpus online : 4
 # nrcpus avail : 2

After the fix, bringing back the CPUs online:

 # perf report --header-only | grep 'nrcpus \(online\|avail\)'
 # nrcpus online : 2
 # nrcpus avail : 4
 # echo 1 > /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu2/online
 # perf record usleep 1
 # perf report --header-only | grep 'nrcpus \(online\|avail\)'
 # nrcpus online : 3
 # nrcpus avail : 4
 # echo 1 > /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu1/online
 # perf record usleep 1
 # perf report --header-only | grep 'nrcpus \(online\|avail\)'
 # nrcpus online : 4
 # nrcpus avail : 4

For the common evsel list traversal, so that it becomes more compact.

Use the opportunity to start ditching the 'perf_' from 'perf_evlist__',
as discussed, as the whole conversion touches a lot of places, lets do
it piecemeal when we have the chance due to other work, like in this
case.

For the frequent idiom of:

 free(ptr);
 ptr = NULL;

Make it expect a pointer to the pointer being freed, so that it becomes
clear at first sight that the variable being freed is being modified.

Its perfectly fine to call free(NULL), so no need to clutter the source

It will be necessary to predetermine header->data_offset to allow space
for attributes that are added later. Consequently, do not change
header->data_offset if it is non-zero.

Same reason as for dso->short_name, it may point to a const string, and
in most places it is treated as const, i.e. it is just accessed for
using its contents as a key or to show it on reports.

Add trace-event object to keep together 'struct pevent' object with its
loaded plugins with following interface:

int trace_event__init(struct trace_event *t);

 - Initalizes 'struct pevent' object and loads plugins for it

void trace_event__cleanup(struct trace_event *t);

 - Cleanups both 'struct pevent' and plugins
