<title>perf tools: Move two variables usied in libperf from perf.c</title>

The use_browser and perf_version_string variables are both declared in
perf.c but they are also referenced by other functions of libperf.a.

Therefore a user linking an own main() with libperf.a must declare those
two variables in their files even if the files never use the browser or
the version information.

This patch fixes this issue by moving use_browser and
perf_version_string out of perf.c to some other files.

In --stdio we turn off color output when the output is not a tty,
which is not always desirable, for instance, in:

  perf annotate | more

the 'more' tool is perfectly capable of processing the escape sequences
for colored output.

Allow using the existing logic for .perfconfig's "color.ui" to be used
from the command line by providing a stdio__config_color() helper, that
will be used by annotate and report in follow up patches.

Separate out GTK codes to a shared object called libperf-gtk.so. This
time only GTK codes are built with -fPIC and libperf remains as is. Now
run GTK hist and annotation browser using libdl.

Adding perf_hpp__list list to register and contain all period related
columns the command is interested in.

This way we get rid of static array holding all possible columns and
enable commands to register their own columns.

It'll be handy for diff command in future to process and display data
for multiple files.

Adding perf_hpp__column_enable function to enable/disable hists column
and removing diff command specific stuff 'need_pair and
show_displacement' from hpp code.

The diff command now enables/disables columns separately according to
the user arguments. This will be helpful in future patches where more
columns are added into diff output.
