Use devm_kcalloc() in test_driver_probe() to gain built-in overflow
protection, making memory allocation safer when calculating allocation
size compared to explicit multiplication.

<title>ASoC: test-component: add set_tdm_slot stub implementation</title>

The test-component driver implements various stub callbacks. One
of the ones it doesn't implement is set_tdm_slot. This has no
functional impact on whether ASoC core believes test-component to
do TDM or not, it just means that any TDM configuration can't
readily be dumped for debugging purposes like it can with the other
callbacks.

Add a stub implementation to allow for this. The output uses dev_info
rather than dev_dbg, to be in line with the set_fmt stub implementation
above.

There's no reason to limit the supported rates of the test component
to specific ones as if it's a real piece of hardware. Set the rates to
continuous to aid in testing different rates.

Current test-component.c is using for_each_endpoint_of_node()
for parsing "port", because there was no "port" base loop before.
It has been assuming 1 port has 1 endpoint here.

But now we can use "port" base loop (= for_each_of_graph_port()).
Let's replace for_each function from "endpoint" base to "port" base.

<title>ASoC: Switch back to struct platform_driver::remove()</title>

After commit 0edb555a65d1 ("platform: Make platform_driver::remove()
return void") .remove() is (again) the right callback to implement for
platform drivers.

Convert all drivers below sound/soc to use .remove(), with the eventual
goal to drop struct platform_driver::remove_new(). As .remove() and
.remove_new() have the same prototypes, conversion is done by just
changing the structure member name in the driver initializer.

Bespoke trigger support was added when Linux v3.5 by this patch.

	commit 07bf84aaf736781a283b1bd36eaa911453b14574
	("ASoC: dpcm: Add bespoke trigger()")

test-component driver is using it, but this is because it indicates used
function for debug/trace purpose. Except test-component driver, bespoke
trigger has never been used over 10 years in upstream.

We can re-support it if needed in the future, but let's remove it for now,
because it just noise in upstream.

The DT of_device.h and of_platform.h date back to the separate
of_platform_bus_type before it was merged into the regular platform bus.
As part of that merge prepping Arm DT support 13 years ago, they
"temporarily" include each other. They also include platform_device.h
and of.h. As a result, there's a pretty much random mix of those include
files used throughout the tree. In order to detangle these headers and
replace the implicit includes with struct declarations, users need to
explicitly include the correct includes.
