rust: str: clean unused import for Rust >= 1.98

Starting with Rust 1.98.0 (expected 2026-08-20), the compiler has changed
how the resolution algorithm works [1] in upstream commit c4d84db5f184
("Resolver: Batched import resolution."), and it now spots:

    error: unused import: `flags::*`
     --> rust/kernel/str.rs:7:9
      |
    7 |         flags::*,
      |         ^^^^^^^^
      |
      = note: `-D unused-imports` implied by `-D warnings`
      = help: to override `-D warnings` add `#[allow(unused_imports)]`

It happens to not be needed because the `prelude::*` already provides
the flags.

Thus clean it up.

If `CONFIG_BLOCK` is disabled, the following warnings are displayed
during build:

rust: block: use `NullTerminatedFormatter`

Use the new `NullTerminatedFormatter` to write the name of a `GenDisk` to
the name buffer. This new formatter automatically adds a trailing null
marker after the written characters, so we don't need to append that at the
call site any longer.

Add `NullTerminatedFormatter`, a formatter that writes a null terminated
string to an array or slice buffer. Because this type needs to manage the
trailing null marker, the existing formatters cannot be used to implement
this type.

rust: kernel: use `core::ffi::CStr` method names

Prepare for `core::ffi::CStr` taking the place of `kernel::str::CStr` by
avoiding methods that only exist on the latter.

Also avoid `Deref for CStr` as that impl doesn't exist on
`core::ffi::CStr`.
