<title>treewide: replace '---help---' in Kconfig files with 'help'</title>

Since commit 84af7a6194e4 ("checkpatch: kconfig: prefer 'help' over
'---help---'"), the number of '---help---' has been gradually
decreasing, but there are still more than 2400 instances.

This commit finishes the conversion. While I touched the lines,
I also fixed the indentation.

There are a variety of indentation styles found.

  a) 4 spaces + '---help---'
  b) 7 spaces + '---help---'
  c) 8 spaces + '---help---'
  d) 1 space + 1 tab + '---help---'
  e) 1 tab + '---help---'    (correct indentation)
  f) 1 tab + 1 space + '---help---'
  g) 1 tab + 2 spaces + '---help---'

In order to convert all of them to 1 tab + 'help', I ran the
following commend:

  $ find . -name 'Kconfig*' | xargs sed -i 's/^[[:space:]]*---help---/\thelp/'

<title>net: nfc: fix bounds checking bugs on "pipe"</title>

<id>a3aefbfe45751bf7b338c181b97608e276b5bb73</id>

This is similar to commit 674d9de02aa7 ("NFC: Fix possible memory
corruption when handling SHDLC I-Frame commands") and commit d7ee81ad09f0
("NFC: nci: Add some bounds checking in nci_hci_cmd_received()") which
added range checks on "pipe".

The "pipe" variable comes skb-&gt;data[0] in nfc_hci_msg_rx_work().
It's in the 0-255 range. We're using it as the array index into the
hdev-&gt;pipes[] array which has NFC_HCI_MAX_PIPES (128) members.

Fixes: 118278f20aa8 ("NFC: hci: Add pipes table to reference them with a tuple {gate, host}")

<title>NFC: digital: Replace zero-length array with flexible-array member</title>

The current codebase makes use of the zero-length array language
extension to the C90 standard, but the preferred mechanism to declare
variable-length types such as these ones is a flexible array member[1][2],
introduced in C99:

struct foo {
        int stuff;
        struct boo array[];
};

By making use of the mechanism above, we will get a compiler warning
in case the flexible array does not occur last in the structure, which
will help us prevent some kind of undefined behavior bugs from being
inadvertently introduced[3] to the codebase from now on.

Also, notice that, dynamic memory allocations won't be affected by
this change:

"Flexible array members have incomplete type, and so the sizeof operator
may not be applied. As a quirk of the original implementation of
zero-length arrays, sizeof evaluates to zero."[1]

This issue was found with the help of Coccinelle.

<title>net: nfc: nci: fix a possible sleep-in-atomic-context bug in nci_uart_tty_receive()</title>

The kernel may sleep while holding a spinlock.
The function call path (from bottom to top) in Linux 4.19 is:

net/nfc/nci/uart.c, 349:
	nci_skb_alloc in nci_uart_default_recv_buf
net/nfc/nci/uart.c, 255:
	(FUNC_PTR)nci_uart_default_recv_buf in nci_uart_tty_receive
net/nfc/nci/uart.c, 254:
	spin_lock in nci_uart_tty_receive

nci_skb_alloc(GFP_KERNEL) can sleep at runtime.
(FUNC_PTR) means a function pointer is called.

To fix this bug, GFP_KERNEL is replaced with GFP_ATOMIC for
nci_skb_alloc().

This bug is found by a static analysis tool STCheck written by myself.
