Variable rc is set to zero but this value is never read as it is
overwritten with a new value later on, hence it is a redundant
assignment and can be removed.

Cleans up the following clang-analyzer warning:

net/llc/llc_station.c:86:2: warning: Value stored to 'rc' is never read
[clang-analyzer-deadcode.DeadStores].

Rework the remaining setsockopt code to pass a sockptr_t instead of a

outside of architecture specific code.

syzbot was to trigger a bug by tricking AF_LLC with
non sensible addr->sllc_arphrd

It seems clear LLC requires an Ethernet device.

Back in commit abf9d537fea2 ("llc: add support for SO_BINDTODEVICE")
Octavian Purdila added possibility for application to use a zero
value for sllc_arphrd, convert it to ARPHRD_ETHER to not cause
regressions on existing applications.

syzbot was to trigger a bug by tricking AF_LLC with
non sensible addr->sllc_arphrd
