Cleanup the memory we allocated earlier in irttp_open_tsap() when we hit
this error path. The leak goes back to at least 1da177e4
("Linux-2.6.12-rc2").

Discovered with Trinity (the syscall fuzzer).

Fuzzing causes these printks to spew constantly.
Changing them to DEBUG statements is consistent with other usage in the file,
and makes them disappear when CONFIG_IRDA_DEBUG is disabled.

These files are non modular, but need to export symbols using
the macros now living in export.h -- call out the include so
that things won't break when we remove the implicit presence
of module.h from everywhere.

Unnecessary casts of void * clutter the code.

These are the remainder casts after several specific
patches to remove netdev_priv and dev_priv.

Done via coccinelle script:

$ cat cast_void_pointer.cocci

type T;
T *pt;
void *pv;

- pt = (T *)pv;
+ pt = pv;

Sending zero byte packets is not neccessarily an error (AF_INET accepts it,
too), so just apply a shortcut. This was discovered because of a non-working
software with WINE. See

  http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=19397#c86
  http://thread.gmane.org/gmane.linux.irda.general/1643

for very detailed debugging information and a testcase. Kudos to Wolfgang for
those!
