commit cdcc4e46180df8161f4d2f3c6fd6beaf6990133d upstream.

IPVS configuration paths update destination availability while connection
accounting updates destination overload state. The two independent states
share dest->flags, so their read-modify-write updates can race and lose one
another.

Keep OVERLOAD in flags, where the preceding patch serializes its updates
with dst_lock, and move AVAILABLE to cflags. This keeps configuration-
controlled availability out of the scheduler hot cacheline until a
scheduler needs to check it. It also prevents availability updates from
clobbering overload state.

The destination status bits are not exposed through the IPVS sockopt or
netlink interfaces, so keep their definitions in the internal IPVS header.

Readers can still observe stale destination state; this does not provide a
cross-field snapshot.

[ Upstream commit 743a53d9636aad83da63a8638e8365e817ef6365 ]

Add a new vlan options dump flag which causes only global vlan options
to be dumped. The dumps are done only with bridge devices, ports are
ignored. They support vlan compression if the options in sequential
vlans are equal (currently always true).

[ Upstream commit 47ecd2dbd8ec43125ea75d7d2e73c888cda8663f ]

We can have two types of vlan options depending on context:
- per-device vlan options (split in per-bridge and per-port)
- global vlan options

The second type wasn't supported in the bridge until now, but we need
them for per-vlan multicast support, per-vlan STP support and other
options which require global vlan context. They are contained in the global
bridge vlan context even if the vlan is not configured on the bridge device
itself. This patch adds initial netlink attributes and support for setting
these global vlan options, they can only be set (RTM_NEWVLAN) and the
operation must use the bridge device. Since there are no such options yet
it shouldn't have any functional effect.

[ Upstream commit e1d9a90a9bfdb0735062d3adb16b07314b4b7b01 ]

Adding support for processing of MAPv5 downlink packets.
It involves parsing the Mapv5 packet and checking the csum header
to know whether the hardware has validated the checksum and is
valid or not.

Based on the checksum valid bit the corresponding stats are
incremented and skb->ip_summed is marked either CHECKSUM_UNNECESSARY
or left as CHEKSUM_NONE to let network stack revalidate the checksum
and update the respective snmp stats.

Current MAPV1 header has been modified, the reserved field in the
Mapv1 header is now used for next header indication.

[ Upstream commit 7ae41220ef5831674f446baef19bfe1b31358260 ]

Introduce a bitfield to allow the drivers to announce the available
features for an RTC.

The main use case would be to better handle alarms, that could be present
or not or have a minute resolution or may need a correct week day to be set.

Use the newly introduced RTC_FEATURE_ALARM bit to then test whether alarms
are available instead of relying on the presence of ops->set_alarm.

[ Upstream commit 8f15b5071b4548b0aafc03b366eb45c9c6566704 ]

Replace manual range and mask validations with netlink policy
annotations in ctnetlink code paths, so that the netlink core rejects
invalid values early and can generate extack errors.

- CTA_PROTOINFO_TCP_STATE: reject values > TCP_CONNTRACK_SYN_SENT2 at
policy level, removing the manual >= TCP_CONNTRACK_MAX check.
- CTA_PROTOINFO_TCP_WSCALE_ORIGINAL/REPLY: reject values > TCP_MAX_WSCALE
(14). The normal TCP option parsing path already clamps to this value,
but the ctnetlink path accepted 0-255, causing undefined behavior when
used as a u32 shift count.
- CTA_FILTER_ORIG_FLAGS/REPLY_FLAGS: use NLA_POLICY_MASK with
CTA_FILTER_F_ALL, removing the manual mask checks.
- CTA_EXPECT_FLAGS: use NLA_POLICY_MASK with NF_CT_EXPECT_MASK, adding
a new mask define grouping all valid expect flags.

Extracted from a broader nf-next patch by Florian Westphal, scoped to

include/uapi/linux/dma-buf.h uses several macros from ioctl.h to define
its ioctl commands. However, it does not include ioctl.h itself. So,
if userspace source code tries to include the dma-buf.h file without
including ioctl.h, it can result in build failures.

Therefore, include ioctl.h in the dma-buf UAPI header.

Musl defines its own struct ethhdr and thus defines __UAPI_DEF_ETHHDR to
zero. To avoid struct redefinition errors, user space is therefore
supposed to include netinet/if_ether.h before (or instead of)
linux/if_ether.h. To relieve them from this burden, include the libc

[ Upstream commit c25d01e1c4f2d43f47af87c00e223f5ca7c71792 ]

The unpacked unions within a packed struct generates alignment warnings
on clang for 32-bit ARM:

./usr/include/linux/vbox_vmmdev_types.h:239:4: error: field u within 'struct vmmdev_hgcm_function_parameter32'
is less aligned than 'union (unnamed union at ./usr/include/linux/vbox_vmmdev_types.h:223:2)'
and is usually due to 'struct vmmdev_hgcm_function_parameter32' being packed,
which can lead to unaligned accesses [-Werror,-Wunaligned-access]
     239 |         } u;
         | ^

./usr/include/linux/vbox_vmmdev_types.h:254:6: error: field u within
  'struct vmmdev_hgcm_function_parameter64::(anonymous union)::(unnamed at ./usr/include/linux/vbox_vmmdev_types.h:249:3)'
is less aligned than 'union (unnamed union at ./usr/include/linux/vbox_vmmdev_types.h:251:4)' and is usually due to
  'struct vmmdev_hgcm_function_parameter64::(anonymous union)::(unnamed at ./usr/include/linux/vbox_vmmdev_types.h:249:3)'
being packed, which can lead to unaligned accesses [-Werror,-Wunaligned-access]

With the recent changes to compile-test the UAPI headers in more cases,
these warning in combination with CONFIG_WERROR breaks the build.

Fix the warnings.
