Pull MFD (multi-function device) updates from Samuel Ortiz:
"For the 3.12 merge window we have one new driver for the DA9063 PMIC
  from Dialog Semiconductor.

Besides that driver we also have:

   - Device tree support for the s2mps11 driver

   - More devm_* conversion for the pm8921, max89xx, menelaus, tps65010,
     wl1273 and pcf50633-adc drivers.

   - A conversion to threaded IRQ and IRQ domain for the twl6030 driver.

   - A fairly big update for the rtsx driver: Better power saving
support, better vendor settings handling, and a few fixes.

   - Support for a couple more boards (COMe-bHL6 and COMe-cTH6) for the
     Kontron driver.

   - A conversion to the dev_get_platdata() API for all MFD drivers.

   - A removal of non-DT (legacy) support for the twl6040 driver.

   - A few fixes and additions (Mic detect level) to the wm5110 register
     tables.

   - Regmap support for the davinci_voicecodec driver.

   - The usual bunch of minor cleanups and janitorial fixes"

Since these are fixed rate clocks which are registered with common clock
framework so remove these from list of regulators which were unnecessarily
incrementing the count(S2MPS11_REGULATOR_MAX) of regulators.

Implementing set_ramp_rate() and using standard constraints for getting
ramp_delay and ramp_disable, instead of getting it as s2mps11 specific data
through platform data, makes driver more compliant with framework and reduces
the complexity for adding DT support.

Pull MFD update from Samuel Ortiz:
"For the 3.11 merge we only have one new MFD driver for the Kontron
  PLD.

  But we also have:
   - Support for the TPS659038 PMIC from the palmas driver.
   - Intel's Coleto Creek and Avoton SoCs support from the lpc_ich
     driver.
   - RTL8411B support from the rtsx driver.
   - More DT support for the Arizona, max8998, twl4030-power and the
     ti_am335x_tsadc drivers.
   - The SSBI driver move under MFD.
   - A conversion to the devm_* API for most of the MFD drivers.
   - The twl4030-power got split from twl-core into its own module.
   - A major ti_am335x_adc cleanup, leading to a proper DT support.
   - Our regular arizona and wm* updates and cleanups from the Wolfson
     folks.
   - A better error handling and initialization, and a regulator
subdevice addition for the 88pm80x driver.
   - A bulk platform_set_drvdata() call removal that's no longer need
since commit 0998d0631001 ("device-core: Ensure drvdata = NULL when
     no driver is bound")

This patch makes driver to use uV/us as units of ramp_delay. It makes driver
in compliance with regulator framework and make ramp rate precise.

This patch also sets default ramp rate in regulator descriptor which can be
used in case if case ramp rate is not set in regulator constraints.
