Setting a POSIX ACL via setxattr(2) sets the file permissions as well as the new ACL, but doesn't clear the setgid bit in a similar way; this allows to bypass the check in chmod(2). Fix that. NFSv4 reserves readdir cookie values 0-2 for special entries (. and ..),
but jfs allows a value of 2 for a non-special entry. This incompatibility
can result in the nfs client reporting a readdir loop.
