Fix a debug-only build error in ext2/xattr.c:
When building without extra debugging, (and with another patch that uses
no_printk() instead of <empty> for the ext2-xattr debug-print macros,
this build error happens:

Fix the problem by removing cached entry count from the debug message
since otherwise we'd have to export the mbcache structure just for that.

The brelse() function tests whether its argument is NULL and then returns immediately. Thus the test around the call is not needed. This issue was detected by using the Coccinelle software. Fill in the appropriate limits to avoid inconsistencies in the vfs cached inode times when timestamps are outside the permitted range. For block validity we should check the block range from start_block to start_block + count - 1, so fix the range in ext2_data_block_valid() and also modify the count argument properly in calling place. Pull common SETFLAGS/FSSETXATTR parameter checking from Darrick Wong:
"Here's a patch series that sets up common parameter checking functions
for the FS_IOC_SETFLAGS and FS_IOC_FSSETXATTR ioctl implementations.
The goal here is to reduce the amount of behaviorial variance between
the filesystems where those ioctls originated (ext2 and XFS,
respectively) and everybody else.
- Standardize parameter checking for the SETFLAGS and FSSETXATTR
ioctls (which were the file attribute setters for ext4 and xfs and
have now been hoisted to the vfs)
- Only allow the DAX flag to be set on files and directories"
