When mounting eCryptfs, a null "dev_name" argument to ecryptfs_mount()
causes a kernel panic if the parsed options are valid. The easiest way to
reproduce this is to call mount() from userspace with an existing
eCryptfs mount's options and a "source" argument of 0.
Error out if "dev_name" is null in ecryptfs_mount()

This is a pure automated search-and-replace of the internal kernel
superblock flags.
The s_flags are now called SB_*, with the names and the values for the
moment mirroring the MS_* flags that they're equivalent to.
Note how the MS_xyz flags are the ones passed to the mount system call,
while the SB_xyz flags are what we then use in sb->s_flags.
The script to do this was:

Add sparse-checked slab_flags_t for struct kmem_cache::flags (SLAB_POISON, etc). SLAB is bloated temporarily by switching to "unsigned long", but only temporarily. attribute_groups are not supposed to change at runtime. All functions working with attribute_groups provided by <linux/sysfs.h> work with const attribute_group. So mark the non-const structs as const.
