Make sure to check the number of endpoints to avoid dereferencing a
NULL-pointer should a malicious device lack endpoints.

Note that the dereference happens in the cmd and wait_init_done
callbacks which are called during probe.

uwb: fix device reference leaks

This subsystem consistently fails to drop the device reference taken by
class_find_device().

Note that some of these lookup functions already take a reference to the
returned data, while others claim no reference is needed (or does not
seem need one).

uwb: init beacon cache entry before registering uwb device

Make sure the uwb_dev->bce entry is set before calling uwb_dev_add in
uwbd_dev_onair so that usermode will only see the device after it is
properly initialized.  This fixes a kernel panic that can occur if
usermode tries to access the IEs sysfs attribute of a UWB device before
the driver has had a chance to set the beacon cache entry.

uwb: Add export.h for EXPORT_SYMBOL/THIS_MODULE as required

These macros are no longer in module.h and module.h is no longer
present everywhere.  Call out export.h for the real users who
are making use of these macros, or else we'll get things like:

for years now.  But that will be fixed shortly.  So get the
real users to call out the include explicitly.

drivers/uwb: fix implicit use of stat.h

The module.h (via device.h) was pulling handfuls of implicitly present
header files -- including basic stuff like stat.h.  Fix up these stat.h
users in advance so they don't break on the cleanup.
