commit b64a1cbef6df47c986ad622b5b2e4d3d1940070c upstream.

This reverts commit ebd43516d3879f882a403836bba8bc5791f26a28.

We should not be sleeping inside spin_lock.

commit 327b882d3bcc1fba82dbd39b5cf5a838c81218e2 upstream.

Commit f79b0d9c223c ("staging: speakup: Fixed warning &lt;linux/serial.h&gt;
instead of &lt;asm/serial.h&gt;") broke the port information in the speakup
driver: SERIAL_PORT_DFNS only gets defined if asm/serial.h is included,
and no other header includes asm/serial.h.

We here make sure serialio.c does get the arch-specific definition of
SERIAL_PORT_DFNS from asm/serial.h, if any.

Along the way, this makes sure that we do have information for the
requested serial port number (index)

<title>staging/speakup: Use tty_ldisc_ref() for paste kworker</title>

commit f4f9edcf9b5289ed96113e79fa65a7bf27ecb096 upstream.

As the function documentation for tty_ldisc_ref_wait() notes, it is
only callable from a tty file_operations routine; otherwise there
is no guarantee the ref won't be NULL.

The key difference with the VT's paste_selection() is that is an ioctl,
where __speakup_paste_selection() is completely async kworker, kicked
off from interrupt context.

Pull libnvdimm fixes from Dan Williams:

 - Two bug fixes for misuse of PAGE_MASK in scatterlist and dma-debug.
   These are tagged for -stable. The scatterlist impact is potentially
  corrupted dma addresses on HIGHMEM enabled platforms.

 - A minor locking fix for the NFIT hot-add implementation that is new
   in 4.4-rc. This would only trigger in the case a hot-add raced
   driver removal.

* 'libnvdimm-fixes' of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/nvdimm/nvdimm:
  dma-debug: Fix dma_debug_entry offset calculation
  Revert "scatterlist: use sg_phys()"
  nfit: acpi_nfit_notify(): Do not leave device locked

commit db0fa0cb0157 "scatterlist: use sg_phys()" did replacements of
the form:

    phys_addr_t phys = page_to_phys(sg_page(s));
    phys_addr_t phys = sg_phys(s) &amp; PAGE_MASK;

However, this breaks platforms where sizeof(phys_addr_t) &gt;
sizeof(unsigned long). Revert for 4.3 and 4.4 to make room for a
combined helper in 4.5.

The ioctl IOC_LIBCFS_PING_TEST has not been used in ages. The recent
nidstring changes which moved all the nidstring operations from libcfs
to the LNet layer but this ioctl code was still using an nidstring
operation that was causing a circular dependency loop between libcfs and
LNet.

Starting with commit fd2bb310ca (Staging: iio: Move evgen interrupt
generation to irq_work) event processing is handled by calling
both the top half and the threaded part properly simulating real
hardware interrupts making use of threaded interrupts.
This way the processing is split in 2 parts:

* the IRQ handler that runs in IRQ context and only saves the event
timestamp
* the threaded handler that runs in process context, reads the events
and pushes the in the userspace.

If the IRQ handler returns IRQ_HANDLED the threaded handler is not
even being called since the interrupt is considered to be processed.
Because the iio dummy driver processes the events in the threaded
handler the IRQ handler must return IRQ_WAKE_THREAD so that the
threaded part would be awakened and called.

The source and destination pointers are misplaced.
This will be like,
ether_addr_copy(data, bssid + ADDR2);

and also to use ether_addr_copy, it has to be proved that src/dst address are
