Fix the compiler warnings:

drivers/staging/rtl8192ee/rtl8192ee/hw.c:524:4: warning: this 'if' clause does not guard...
drivers/staging/rtl8192ee/rtl8192ee/hw.c:529:5: warning: this 'if' clause does not guard...
drivers/staging/rtl8192ee/btcoexist/halbtc8821a2ant.c:2338:2: warning: this 'else' clause does not guard...

by changing the indentation of these statements to match the upstream
code in drivers/net/wireless/realtek/rtlwifi/rtl8192ee/hw.c and
drivers/net/wireless/realtek/rtlwifi/btcoexist/halbtc8821a2ant.c.

These were fixed upstream when the driver was removed from staging and
re-added with some clean-ups.

In stable/linux-3.16.y, we get a warning for 64-bit architectures:

drivers/staging/rtl8192ee/pci.c: In function '_rtl_pci_rx_interrupt':
include/linux/kern_levels.h:4:18: warning: format '%d' expects argument of type 'int', but argument 2 has type 'sk_buff_data_t {aka unsigned char *}' [-Wformat=]
include/linux/kern_levels.h:4:18: warning: format '%d' expects argument of type 'int', but argument 3 has type 'sk_buff_data_t {aka unsigned char *}' [-Wformat=]

The driver was removed in 3.18 before this was fixed, so there is no
workaround to backport, but it's easy enough to avoid the problem
by changing the printk message to something similar that uses
proper accessors for the skb fields.

commit 40b368af4b750863b2cb66a3a9513241db2f0793 upstream.

The addresses of Wlan NIC registers are natural alignment, but some
drivers have bugs. These are evident on platforms that need natural
alignment to access registers. This change contains the following:
 1. Function _rtl8821ae_dbi_read() is used to read one byte from DBI,
    thus it should use rtl_read_byte().
 2. Register 0x4C7 of 8192ee is single byte.

There are references to four undefined Kconfig macros in the code.
Commit 8542373dccd2 ("Staging: rtl8812ae: remove undefined Kconfig
macros") removed identical references from another staging driver, but
they resurfaced in rtl8192ee. Remove these again as the checks for them
still will always evaluate to false.

A build of this driver fails when PCI is not selected. It would also
fail if MAC80211 is not selected. Kconfig is fixed to handle these
conditions, and to select additional necessary components.

The 0day kernel testing robot got the kernel warning caused by trying
to register a particular rate-control algorithm more than once. I believe
that the core already protects against a particular driver doing the
registration more than once, but an analysis of the code reveals that
the identical name is used for the rtlwifi drivers in the regular
wireless tree, and the staging drivers r8192ee and r8821ae. The fix
is to rename the algorithm used in r8192ee.
