alloc failures already get standardized OOM
messages and a dump_stack.

For the affected mallocs around these OOM messages:

Converted kzallocs with multiplies to kcalloc.
Converted kmallocs with multiplies to kmalloc_array.
Converted a kmalloc/strlen/strncpy to kstrdup.
Moved a spin_lock below a removed OOM message and
removed a now unnecessary spin_unlock.
Neatened alignment and whitespace.

err() was a very old USB-specific macro that I thought had
gone away. This patch removes it from being used in the
driver and uses dev_err() instead.

This converts the drivers in drivers/staging/* to use the
module_usb_driver() macro which makes the code smaller and a bit
simpler.

Added bonus is that it removes some unneeded kernel log messages about
drivers loading and/or unloading.

This was done to handle a number of conflicts in the batman-adv
and winbond drivers properly. It also now allows us to fix up the sysfs
attributes properly that were not in the .37 release due to them being
only in this tree at the time.
