[ Upstream commit 374de39d38f97b0e58cfee88da590b2d056ccf7f ]

Currently, The imx pgc power domain doesn't set the fwnode
pointer, which results in supply regulator device can't get
consumer imx pgc power domain device from fwnode when creating
a link.

This causes the driver core to instead try to create a link
between the parent gpc device of imx pgc power domain device and
supply regulator device. However, at this point, the gpc device
has already been bound, and the link creation will fail. So adding
the fwnode pointer to the imx pgc power domain device will fix
this issue.

[ Upstream commit 9d1e8275a28f51599d754ce661c91e0a689c0234 ]

Commit 836fb30949d9 ("soc: imx8m: Enable OCOTP clock before reading the
register") added configuration to enable the OCOTP clock before
attempting to read from the associated registers.

This same kexec issue is present with the imx8m SoCs that use the
imx8mm_soc_uid function (e.g. imx8mp). This requires the imx8mm_soc_uid
function to configure the OCOTP clock before accessing the associated
registers. This change implements the same clock enable functionality
that is present in the imx8mq_soc_revision function for the
imx8mm_soc_uid function.

The blk-ctrl device is deliberately placed outside of the GPC power
domain as it needs to control the power sequencing of the blk-ctrl
domains together with the GPC domains.

Clock runtime PM works by operating on the clock parent device, which
doesn't translate into the neccessary GPC power domain action if the
clk parent is not part of the GPC power domain. Use the bus_power_device
as the parent for the clock to trigger the proper GPC domain actions on
clock runtime power management.
