commit 87a1805b1c346b092c34f96f3806f207792910e1 upstream.

If probe fails after imx95_usb_phy_get_tca() succeeds, the typec
switch leaks because the only cleanup path was in .remove(), which
never runs on probe failure.

Use devm_add_action_or_reset() so the switch is cleaned up on both
probe failure and driver removal. The imx95_usb_phy_put_tca() is no
longer needed, it will be removed in .remove() too.

commit 4486e75ba647bd8b98fc1f053101b40caceeed4b upstream.

The PHY register block is 64KB, so with a register stride of 4 the
last accessible register sits at offset 0xfffc. max_register names
0x10000, one register past the end of the mapping: dumping the
registers through the regmap debugfs interface reads beyond the
ioremapped region and oopses on the unmapped page. The oops fires
with the regmap lock held, so later PHY operations deadlock.

commit 7eb61caf45607e1e1270f51f8f93f0ded53146da upstream.

USB Gen1 requires scrambling and 8b/10b encoding to be performed in the
physical layer. Do not bypass PHY-side scrambler or encoder/decoder for
USB operation, as mandated by the USB 3.x specification.

Scrambler and 8b/10b bypass remain restricted to SATA and SGMII
modes, where encoding is handled in the controller.

commit 21e0749f931702765b9d52d05740092bc87fcd8d upstream.

xpsgtr_bypass_scrambler_8b10b() used xpsgtr_write_phy() which performs
a full register write, silently clearing any bits beyond the intended
bypass control fields.

Switch to xpsgtr_clr_set_phy() with clr=mask, set=mask to set only
the bypass bits while preserving the remaining bits in each register.

commit 6cb22477929489a412df8d153e550e77a012e701 upstream.

The L0_TX_DIG_61 register bit 2 is a reserved read-only field.
The previous mask value 0x0f incorrectly included bit 2, causing
unintended writes to a reserved bit on every scrambler bypass
operation.

Correct the mask to (BIT(3) | GENMASK(1, 0)) to cover only the
valid scramble bypass control bits.

[ Upstream commit 799e7cf2f0b50b34660b5ffce0f7d8dec376a0d5 ]

If mixel_lvds_phy_reset() fails in probe after pm_runtime_enable(),
the function returns directly without calling pm_runtime_disable(),
leaving runtime PM permanently enabled for the device.

Fix this by using devm_pm_runtime_enable() so that cleanup is
automatic on any probe failure or driver unbind. This also allows
removing the manual err label and the .remove callback.

[ Upstream commit ebee9004cc0200b2b708ebf7ac625d35c71c049f ]

Every platform driver can be forced to match a device that doesn't
match its list of device IDs because of device_match_driver_override()
so platform drivers that rely on the existence of a device's driver
data need to verify its presence.

Accordingly, add requisite match and driver data checks against NULL
to the driver where they are missing.
