[ Upstream commit 584b457f4166293bdfa50f930228e9fb91a38392 ]

The serdes device_node is obtained using of_get_child_by_name(),
which increments the reference count. However, it is never put,
leading to a reference leak.

Add the missing of_node_put() calls to ensure the reference count is
properly balanced.

If the external phy working together with phy-omap-usb2 does not implement
send_srp(), we may still attempt to call it. This can happen on an idle
Ethernet gadget triggering a wakeup for example:

Let's fix the issue by checking for send_srp() and set_vbus() before
calling them. For USB peripheral only cases these both could be NULL.

The pm_runtime_enable() will increase power disable depth.
If the probe fails, we should use pm_runtime_disable() to balance
pm_runtime_enable().
Add missing pm_runtime_disable() for serdes_am654_probe().

[ Upstream commit ce88613e5bd579478653a028291098143f2a5bdf ]

The pm_runtime_enable() will increase power disable depth.
If the probe fails, we should use pm_runtime_disable() to balance
pm_runtime_enable().
Add missing pm_runtime_disable() for serdes_am654_probe().

The corresponding API for clk_prepare_enable is clk_disable_unprepare.
Make sure that the clock is unprepared on exit by changing clk_disable
to clk_disable_unprepare.

commit 6d1e6bcb31663ee83aaea1f171f3dbfe95dd4a69 upstream.

_get_table_maxdiv() tries to access "clk_div_table" array out of bound
defined in phy-j721e-wiz.c. Add a sentinel entry to prevent
the following global-out-of-bounds error reported by enabling KASAN.
