Currently, "disable_clkrun" yenta_socket module parameter is only
implemented for TI CardBus bridges.
Add also an implementation for Ricoh bridges that have the necessary
setting documented in publicly available datasheets.

Tested on a RL5C476II with a Sunrich C-160 CardBus NIC that doesn't work
correctly unless the CLKRUN protocol is disabled.

Let's also make it clear in its description that the "disable_clkrun"
module parameter only works on these two previously mentioned brands of
CardBus bridges.

Disable write buffering on the Toshiba ToPIC95 if it is enabled by
somebody (it is not supposed to be a power-on default according to
the datasheet). On the ToPIC95, practically no 32-bit Cardbus card
will work under heavy load without locking up the whole system if
this is left enabled. I tried about a dozen. It does not affect
16-bit cards. This is similar to the O2 bugs in early controller
revisions it seems.

Pull powerpc updates from Ben Herrenschmidt:
 "This is the powerpc new goodies for 3.17.  The short story:

  The biggest bit is Michael removing all of pre-POWER4 processor
  support from the 64-bit kernel.  POWER3 and rs64.  This gets rid of a
  ton of old cruft that has been bitrotting in a long while.  It was
  broken for quite a few versions already and nobody noticed.  Nobody
  uses those machines anymore.  While at it, he cleaned up a bunch of
  old dusty cabinets, getting rid of a skeletton or two.

  Then, we have some base VFIO support for KVM, which allows assigning
  of PCI devices to KVM guests, support for large 64-bit BARs on
  "powernv" platforms, support for HMI (Hardware Management Interrupts)
  on those same platforms, some sparse-vmemmap improvements (for memory
  hotplug),

  There is the usual batch of Freescale embedded updates (summary in the
  merge commit) and fixes here or there, I think that's it for the
  highlights"

incorrectly moved some code into the pcmcia_jornada720_init, causing
a few build errors, and for unknown reasons, the driver lacks
an inclusion of &lt;linux/io.h&gt;, so we get the build errors, and more:

The lubbock platform uses the sa1111 companion chip with a pxa250
CPU, which means it requires both the PCMCIA_SA1111 and the
PCMCIA_PXA2XX code to be built into the kernel. Unfortunately,
the Makefile and Kconfig don't agree on how this is accomplished,
leading to a situation where you get this link error when building
a lubbock kernel with PCMCIA_SA1111 enabled but PCMCIA_PXA2XX
disabled:

ERROR: "pxa2xx_configure_sockets" [drivers/pcmcia/sa1111_cs.ko] undefined!

When building a iPAQ H3100-only kernel with PCMCIA enabled,
we get this build error:

ERROR: "pcmcia_h3600_init" [drivers/pcmcia/sa1100_cs.ko] undefined!

The defconfig normally works fine because it enables both H3100
and H3600 support. This patch fixes the Makefile to build the
driver if at least one of the two machines are selected.

This driver doesn't build, and apparently has not built since
arch/ppc was removed in 2008 (when mk_int_int_mask was removed
from asm/irq.h, among other build errors).

A few weeks ago I asked whether anyone was actively maintaining
this code, and got no positive response:
