commit 84242b82d81c54e009a2aaa74d3d9eff70babf56 upstream.

Add missing break statement in order to prevent the code from falling
through to case 0x1025, and erroneously setting rtlhal->oem_id to
RT_CID_819X_ACER when rtlefuse->eeprom_svid is equal to 0x10EC and
none of the cases in switch (rtlefuse->eeprom_smid) match.

This bug was found thanks to the ongoing efforts to enable
-Wimplicit-fallthrough.

* report tx rate using the new ieee80211_tx_rate_update() API

* wcn3990 support is not experimental anymore

iwlwifi

* support for FW version 43 for 9000 and 22000 series

brcmfmac

* add support for CYW43012 SDIO chipset

* add the raw 4354 PCIe device ID for unprogrammed Cypress boards

mwifiex

* add NL80211_STA_INFO_RX_BITRATE support

mt76

* use the same firmware for mt76x2e and mt76x2u

* mt76x0e survey support

* more unification between mt76x2 and mt76x0

With commit 0a9f8f0a1ba9 ("rtlwifi: fix btmpinfo timeout while processing
C2H_BT_INFO"), calling rtl_c2hcmd_enqueue() with rtl_c2h_fast_cmd() true,
the routine returns without freeing that skb, thereby leaking it.

This issue has been discussed at https://github.com/lwfinger/rtlwifi_new/issues/401
and the fix tested there.

RT_TRACE shows REG_MCUFWDL value as a decimal value with a '0x'
