[ Upstream commit 3a9b0455062ffb9d2f6cd4473a76e3456f318c9f ]

This driver can spam the kernel log with multiple messages of:

    net eth0: eth0: allmulti set

Usually 4 or 8 at a time (probably because of using ConnMan).

This message doesn't seem useful, so let's demote it from dev_info()
to dev_dbg().

[ Upstream commit d461e3da905332189aad546b2ad9adbe6071c7cc ]

In certain conditions, the device may not be able to link in gigabit mode. This software workaround ensures that the device will not enter the failure state.

[ Upstream commit 4c27bf3c5b7434ccb9ab962301da661c26b467a4 ]

r8152 driver handles TSO packets (limited to ~16KB) quite well,
but pretends each TSO logical packet is a single packet on the wire.

There is also some error since headers are accounted once, but
error rate is small enough that we do not care.

If an attempt is made to disable RX checksums, USB adapter is changed

non zero value.

This throws errors from netdev_rx_csum_fault() :

[ Upstream commit 5697db4a696c41601a1d15c1922150b4dbf5726c ]

The USB_DEVICE_INTERFACE_NUMBER matching macro assumes that
the { vendorid, productid, interfacenumber } set uniquely
identifies one specific function. This has proven to fail
for some configurable devices. One example is the Quectel
EM06/EP06 where the same interface number can be either
QMI or MBIM, without the device ID changing either.

Fix by requiring the vendor-specific class for interface number
based matching. Functions of other classes can and should use
class based matching instead.
