On some buggy chips, "vlan tag present" flag is set which causes packet
loss. Fix this by checking if rx vlan accel is enabled in features.

commit 87c288c6e9aa31720b72e2bc2d665e24e1653c3e "gianfar: do vlan cleanup" has two issues:
# permutation of rx and tx flags
# enabling vlan tag insertion by default (this leads to unusable connections on some configurations)

If VLAN insertion is requested (via ethtool) it will be set at an other point ...

Only let the rx parser be enabled if it is necessary (if VLAN extraction,
IP or TCP checksumming or the rx queue filer are enabled). Otherwise
disable it.

The new routine gfar_check_rx_parser_mode should be run after every
change on this features and will enable/disable the parser as necessary.

Unnecessary casts of void * clutter the code.

These are the remainder casts after several specific
patches to remove netdev_priv and dev_priv.

Done via coccinelle script (and a little editing):

$ cat cast_void_pointer.cocci

T *pt;
void *pv;

- pt = (T *)pv;
+ pt = pv;

This patch adds all missing functionalities for nfc except GRXFH. There is so much code because hardware has not a TCAM.
Further hardware rule space is very limited. So I had to extensively use
optimization features. Both reasons lead to the necessity to hold all
online flows in a linked-list.

Change-log:
# Some suggestions by Joe Perches applied (thanks!)
# Shorted some logs
# Use memcmp() for comparing

Use the current logging styles.

Add #define DEBUG to get same output for <foo>_dbg messages.
Convert a few bare printks to pr_err.

Fix a likely copy/paste defect where a test was done with RX values:
        if (num_rx_qs > MAX_RX_QS) {
but TX limits were emitted:
        printk(KERN_ERR "num_rx_qs(=%d) greater than MAX_RX_QS(=%d)\n",
