This patch changes the return type of ena_set_push_mode() to be void,
as it always returns 0.

Fix to return a negative error code from the invalid dma width
error handling case instead of 0.

The driver core clears the driver data to NULL after device_release
or on probe failure. Thus, it is not needed to manually clear the
device driver data to NULL.
